| PHANTOM INTERMISSION SKATES |
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE IN A INTERMISSION SKATE AT A PHANTOMS HOME GAME, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES.
A waiver must be completed for all players participating in activities with the Phantoms. The forms must be presented to the Phantoms Guest Relations personnel on the night of the activity. Phantoms Intermission Skate Waiver | Intermission Skate Dates
Dear Youth Hockey groups,
If your group is scheduled to be part of the Anthem Buddies here is the information that we will require and the expectations we have.
1. ONLY 6 players will participate (5 skaters and 1 Goalie)
2. We will need the information for those 6 players, such as player name, position, jersey number and team name a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the game
3. Players will need to have Skates, Jersey, and Helmet on to go onto the ice.
4. Game Ops Crew member will meet participants at the end of warm-ups (20 minutes prior to game time) at the Phantoms Guest Services Booth, and escort them downstairs for the promotion.
5. Participants will skate out to blue line when announced (thru Portal K), and stand next to Phantoms players during the anthem. Participants will skate off the ice after the anthem through Portal K, change and head back up to their seats.
If your group is scheduled to be Player Tunnel
1. This is for the HOME team only (Portal K)
2. Players should be in sneakers because the tunnel is formed inside the portal entrance where the players enter the ice (there is no matting available here, so no skates will be allowed)
3. They can wear their Jerseys (if they want to)
4. Game Ops Crew member will meet participants at the end of warm-ups (20 minutes prior to game time) at the Phantoms Guest Services Booth, and escort them downstairs for the promotion.
If your group is scheduled to work Chuck A Puck
1. 5 minutes before the end of the second period you will meet with a Game Ops Crew Member at the Phantoms Guest Services Booth
2. From there you will be escorted down to the Zamboni Pit to enter the ice from there.
3. Please make sure to be off the ice immediately following the clean up, we will exit through section C.
4. Players should be in sneakers (no skates will be allowed)
If your group is scheduled to do the 1st Intermission
1. Upon arrival you are to check in with Guest Services where you will be greeted by a Game operation supervisor.
2. You will then be escorted to the locker room through section G at this time we ask only one parent per player is allowed.
3. Your hockey equipment will be left in designated locker room. With 12 minutes to go in the 1st period meet game ops supervisor at guest Services to go back to locker room to get ready for intermission activity.
4. With 2 minutes left in the period game ops will line you up in the hallway.
